bioinformatics. Develop skills in the UNIX environment, file management and
applications using a variety of databases. 3 Credit Hours. Prerequisite:

searching small molecule databases. Computational methods for small molecules,
conformers. Alternative approaches to drug design and analysis of molecular

from lead compounds (isolation of the pharmacophore).
