Fundamentals of Bioinformatics

Introduction to the field and its tool sets: the algorithms of informatics, sequence analysis and structural bioinformatics. Develop skills in the UNIX environment, file management and applications using a variety of databases. 3 Credit Hours. Prerequisite: GSND5200N or Permission of the Instructor.
